Sisera’s intelligence layer (@sisera/intelligence) continuously monitors the primary sources most likely to move public tokenized equities, PreStocks private companies, and autonomous agent tokens. Every classification is deterministic, rule-based, and explainable: a source tier comes from verified publisher provenance, an event category from domain rules and filing item codes, and certainty from independent source corroboration. A rumor is never promoted to the certainty of an official regulatory filing.

Ingestion Sources

  • SEC EDGAR Regulatory Filings: Direct ingestion of 8-K (including specific item code mapping), 10-Q, 10-K, S-1, 13D, 13G, and Form 4 filings.
  • Global & Financial News Wires: GDELT, Marketaux, Finnhub, GNews, Google News, and Bing News streams.
  • Macroeconomic Releases: FRED economic series, central bank rate decisions, inflation prints, and DeFiLlama chain TVL snapshots.
  • Social & Community Chatter: Real-time feeds across X, Telegram, Reddit, and Discord.

Source Tiers & Certainty Ladder

Every ingested item (RawItem) is classified into one of eight strict SourceTier levels and clustered into a MarketEvent with an explicit Certainty rating:

18 Event Categories & Severity Scoring

Each item and clustered event is tagged with one or more EventCategory classifications, a Severity (low, medium, high, critical), and a Sentiment (positive, negative, neutral, mixed):

Asset Mapping & Move Explanation Engine

When a trader asks “Why is this asset moving?” (GET /v1/intelligence/assets/:key/explain), Sisera correlates:
  1. Direct Asset Matches: Events matching the asset’s ticker, company name, aliases, or Solana mint address.
  2. Sector & Macro Spillover: High-severity macro, rates, or sector-wide events affecting the asset’s industry group.
  3. Price & Fair-Value Dislocation: Real-time movement in the Solana token relative to its Pyth Core equity reference or PreStocks issuer mark.
  4. Portfolio Exposure Attribution: Highlights which positions in your active book are exposed to the event cluster.
