2. Build & RPC-Simulate Transactions (POST /v1/launches/dbc/prepare)
Constructs both the Pool Config transaction and the Pool Creation (+ Optional First Buy) transaction, co-signs with the fresh ephemeral mint/config keypairs, and simulates both transactions against Solana RPC to verify zero instruction errors.

3. Creator Wallet Signing & Submission (POST /v1/launches/:id/submit)
The creator signs in their wallet. Sisera verifies that the signed transaction instructions match the prepared bytes before broadcasting to Solana mainnet.
